Information on this website

We work hard to keep this website accurate and up to date. Travel information changes, so:

• Entry requirements, health and safety advice always come from the UK government. We link to the FCDO travel advice (opens in a new tab) page for every destination, and you should check it before you travel.
• Seasons, flight times and other facts carry the date we last checked them against their source.
• Photographs show the destination. Where a property's own photographs are not yet on the website, we say so on the page.
• Sample itineraries show the kind of trip we can plan. Every trip is built around you, so yours will differ.

Prices

We do not show prices on this website. Prices are quoted individually, because they depend on your dates, rooms, flights and availability. Your specialist confirms the price in writing in your quotation.

Enquiries and live chat

Sending an enquiry, a message or a live chat request does not commit you, or us, to a booking. A booking is made only as described in our booking conditions.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial planning. Please do not copy its text or photographs for other purposes. Some photographs are used under open licences, and their photographers and licences are listed on our image credits page.

Please do not try to interfere with the website, send automated requests to its forms, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend access to the website, or to a form, to protect it.

Reviews

Where we show reviews, they come from real travellers, either through an independent review service or with the traveller's written permission.

Links to other websites

We link to other websites, such as government travel advice and hotels' own pages, because they are useful. We are not responsible for their content.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. We are not liable for losses caused by relying on information on this website without checking it with us or with the official source it links to.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
