Land at Hewanorra in the south of the island and drive up the west coast road to Soufrière, arriving in time to see the light go on the Pitons from your terrace.
Walk through the rainforest with a guide, soak in the mud baths at the Sulphur Springs, and swim under the waterfall at Toraille. Snorkel the reef at the foot of Petit Piton, which is protected as a marine reserve.
Leave the car behind and travel up the west coast by boat, passing Marigot Bay and the fishing villages, to the north coast. The afternoon is for the beach.
Book treatments for the mornings and spend the afternoons on the sand. Walk up to the old fort on Pigeon Island for the view back down the coast, and eat fish at the Friday street party at Gros Islet.
A private transfer down the island to Hewanorra for the overnight flight home to London Gatwick.
